We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

ADHD Bright provides digital productivity systems and tools delivered primarily via Notion, designed to assist individuals with ADHD and others in organizing tasks, routines, and goals.

Our offerings may include templates, guides, dashboards, planners, and other digital tools (“Digital Products”), which are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped.

Important Notice: ADHD Bright LLC has no control over the Notion software platform itself. Our products are built to be used within Notion, but we do not own, operate, or manage Notion. If you experience technical issues, outages, or functionality errors related to the Notion platform, you must contact Notion’s support team directly. ADHD Bright LLC is not responsible for errors, downtime, or limitations of the Notion software.

3. Intellectual Property and License

All content and materials on the website and in our digital products—including but not limited to templates, text, graphics, branding, videos, icons, and design—are owned by ADHD Bright LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the digital product for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the product or its contents publicly.
• Reverse-engineer or reproduce the product for resale or commercial purposes.
• Claim ownership of ADHD Bright’s intellectual property.

Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of your license, refusal of future services, and potential legal action.

4. Orders, Payments, and Delivery

• All purchases are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or WooCommerce Payments.
• By completing a purchase, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your chosen payment method.
• Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the product through email delivery and/or direct access links (e.g., to a Notion template).
• You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring you have access to Notion’s free platform to use the product.

If you encounter delivery issues (e.g., email not received), please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for our digital products. Refunds are granted if the request is made within 30 days of purchase and if you can demonstrate a good-faith effort to use the product.

Refunds will not be issued in cases of misuse, failure to engage with the product, or fraudulent activity. Full details are provided in our Refund & Satisfaction Policy.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Modify, adapt, or hack the product for redistribution or resale.
• Interfere with or attempt to compromise the website’s security.
• Upload malware, spam, or harmful code.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access our website.

Violations may result in denial of service, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADHD Bright LLC, its founders, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of productivity or business opportunities
• Missed deadlines or delays
• Inability to access or use Notion’s platform
• Emotional distress or loss of data

Specific Disclaimer Regarding Notion: ADHD Bright LLC is not responsible for any issues caused by the Notion software, its availability, or its features. All complaints or concerns about Notion’s system must be directed to Notion Labs, Inc.

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

8. Disclaimers

• ADHD Bright products are intended for educational and organizational purposes only.
• We are not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic provider, and our products do not constitute medical or psychological advice.
• You are solely responsible for how you apply and use our digital tools.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, platform downtime (including Notion), strikes, or government actions.

11. Severability

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ADHD Bright LLC and supersede all prior agreements.
