This policy exists to make your purchase risk-free while ensuring fairness for everyone who engages with the product in good faith.

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee – What’s Required

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the purchase date—no questions asked as long as you’ve made a genuine effort to use the product.

  • A brief explanation (2–4 sentences) of what didn’t meet your expectations

4. What’s Not Eligible

To keep the guarantee fair and prevent misuse, we do not issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date
  • No evidence of product usage
  • Failure to respond to support outreach during the refund process
  • Abuse of the system (e.g., multiple refund claims, clear intention to retain access without payment)

Our products are built to work within Notion, but we are not responsible for bugs, downtime, feature changes, or other issues related to Notion’s system. If your difficulties are due to Notion’s platform, you must contact Notion Labs, Inc. directly for assistance. Refunds cannot be granted for problems outside of ADHD Bright’s control.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please email hello@adhdbright.com with:

  • Your full name and the email address used at checkout
  • Your order confirmation or receipt
  • Screenshots or description showing your use of the product
  • A short explanation of why you’re requesting a refund

Our team will review your request within 2 business days, and if eligible, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
